The big move!!!


Today is finally the day!! we are officially moving all the boxes are packed and ready to go. other than one room which i am going to do this morning. the house it so beautiful and i cant wait. its goign to be a long day,  but completly worth it!!! .Its crazy how this home came to us. it was like god said here this is suppose to be yours. and it is ours now. well legally kam's but i consider it partly mine, just because i found it and i am awsome.  but completly worth it!!! Other News we had a hug wind storm here in bountiful that left our power off for almost 24 hrs. it was crazy it knocked over 5 big huge pine trees in our condo complexes. luckily the new house is just fine.

The Energizer Malaki

Malaki is so silly. he is all over the place and has so much enegery i dont think he knows what to do with. today we got a closet organizer for the new house and he found out the the dirt on the box tasted great apparently. so i found him over there with this on his face.. silly boy

Week 2

My Slogan for this week!!

OK so last week was hard, i am weighing in at 147, ya so i gained a lb. :( so this week me and my sister are doing it together. we have and incentive in mind but are still working on that. so basically it will be. NO sugar, No yeast, mostly fresh fruits, veggies, meats and dairy. so i am going to just enjoy my yummy foods. (because they are going to be yummy, in my mind....) i am also going to be doing a daily workout thing that i found on pinterest of short workouts to do everyday. My new goal for this week. 5 lbs and becoming healthy!! HOPE IS POSSIBLE!!!

day 4

Inspirational words for my diet!!

OK my journey is becoming very very hard. its so hard to eat good when you are busy and not sitting at home. Tuesday Kambree and Victor wanted to celebrate getting the house so they treated us to Texas roadhouse. i didn't do half bad but i ate 2 rolls. a salad and a little pulled pork. it wasn't bad for eating but i ate a lot of it. Well i am still trying really hard. I start off really good in the morning then like 4 pm hits and i am tired and i just don't want to do anymore. I need some suggestions. Plus i heard that a protein drink will make you gain weight? is this true? should i not be drinking it if im trying to lose weight? i just am struggling with why its so hard to eat good. i have the time. I don't really have lots of money but enough to eat good. and be healthy. anyone have ideas for healthy meals that are quick and easy and not expensive?

Day 2

Oh my gosh. my day was very very hard yesterday!! of course the day you start eating good. you crave all this crap under the sun. But i did very very good. You can be proud of me too. I AM!!! my day was as follows. 7:00 am early breakfast. protein shake, fruit and nut bar. 10 am light breakfast: two over easy eggs and apple, 2 pm lunch: tuna sandwich (100 % whole wheat bagel thin) with half cucumber, 6:30 pm dinner: homemade fried chicken, real mashed potatoes and corn. approx 1 cup servings. my chicken was a little bigger than it should have been. but it was so good. then Brandon made us some homemade tapioca pudding that i couldn't turn down so i had some of it. boo my only downfall. but at least it wasn't like hot fudge or something. Well overall i think i did pretty good. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Onto the next!!!

Day 1


Day 1 of my diet weighing in at 146 lbs. not to bad. But my goal is 130. so that's 16 lbs and counting. My first day is always the hardest. mostly finding things to eat and not eating all the time. LOL. for breakfast so far i have had a protein shake and a fruit and nut bar (which are delicious) . I don't have a ton planned today, i'm going to the bank and library. depending on weather i am going to walk. Then i just am going to clean my house and maybe take a nap.waking up at 5 am is too early. So good plans for today. i am going to try and get some starting pictures tonight. we will see how that works out. Wish me luck. 4 pm is when munchy time is so i will Perservere

Week 4

I have spent that last 2 weeks trying to focus on getting caught up. so as of today i am going to start my diet again. I sit here and wonder why is it so hard to not eat bread? i don get it. its just a fatty substance that doesnt do anything really good for your body. but why is it so good, and why is it in everything. I need some ideas for lunches and breakfasts that will help me on my journey. my goal is to be 130-135 when i am finished. starting on monday i am going to document my progress. basically i will be venting to you how much i want sugar/ bread and i am really going to try. at least for 4 weeks. see how much i can lose. Maybe you can join me. and let me know how your progress is going. we could be weight loss buddies!!! lol. well first post will be monday ill see ya then.
