Day 1


Day 1 of my diet weighing in at 146 lbs. not to bad. But my goal is 130. so that's 16 lbs and counting. My first day is always the hardest. mostly finding things to eat and not eating all the time. LOL. for breakfast so far i have had a protein shake and a fruit and nut bar (which are delicious) . I don't have a ton planned today, i'm going to the bank and library. depending on weather i am going to walk. Then i just am going to clean my house and maybe take a nap.waking up at 5 am is too early. So good plans for today. i am going to try and get some starting pictures tonight. we will see how that works out. Wish me luck. 4 pm is when munchy time is so i will Perservere
